It is the 20th of Ramadan Al Kareem today and the 2nd Ashra of Ramadan will finish today. Muslims spend 1st 20 days of Ramadan Kareem (2024 رمَضَان كريم) with great spirit. Ramadan Dua Day 20 is the famous Dua for today. This day is also very important as a lot of worshipers sit inside the mosques for aitkaaf.
It was a practice of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) to spend the last ten days and nights of Ramadan Kareem in the masjid for I’tikaf. Itikaf is amic worship, consisting of a period spent inside a mosque for a certain number of days in Ramadan Kareem. Itikaaf also means to devote oneself to ibadah during the last Ashra of Ramadan Kareem (رمَضَان كريم). In Aitkaaf it is necessary and most important to stay in the mosque and also stay away from all kinds of worldly affairs.
It is necessary during the Itekaaf that suggest sticking and adhering to live in and doing ibadah only. This ibadah includes a lot of Ramadan daily Duas, Ramadan Dua day 20, a lot of Nafl prayers, reciting the Holy Qur’an Majeed, and reading hadith.
This is a great ibadah on the 20th day of Ramadan Kareem to do the itkaaf in the mosque. You can do a lot of good deeds for life hereafter. It is better to recite Ramadan Day 20 Dua on the 20th day of Ramadan. You have a lot of time to offer prayers. Usually, the i’tikaf is for 10 days, which starts from the start of the 3rd Ashra of Ramadan.

If you fast the complete month of this month it is confirmed that the spiritual feeling of Ramadan supersedes all other actions throughout the coming year. It is a very happy feeling to say that anyone who seeks the blessings of this month day and night is the happiest person.
In Ramadan Kareem 2024, due to many other reasons, the following is suggested for those who wish to take advantage of this month. Ramadan Kareem (رمَضَان كريم) is such a big blessing of Allah. As per my suggestions, Ramadan Preparations should start at least from the month of Rajab. The month of Rajab comes two months before Ramadan Al Kareem. Allah Almighty has revealed in Surah Al-Tawbah (Repentance) concerning the four sacred months:
The number of months in the sight of Allah is twelve (in a year); so ordained by Him the day He created the heavens and the earth; of them four are sacred.” (9: 36)
These four months are given below.
(Zul Qi’dah, Zil Hajjah, and Muharram; and then the month of Rajab, which is between Jamada II and Sha‘ban.)

English Translation: ALLAH, on this day, open for me the doors of the heavens, and lock the doors of Hell from me, help me to recite the Qur’an, O the One who sends down tranquility into the hearts of believers.
